We have been going there since we moved to Ann Arbor, and have always been happy with the service. They never try to cheat you out of your money; in fact, sometimes, when they are doing a big job, they just eat off some of the smaller costs, and don't charge you for all the side little services they did. What touches me more besides all the honest mechanic work, is how nice (not sweet talker nice, but down-to-earth hospitality) they are and how they go out of distance to help you. I'm not going to list examples, being concerned such out-of-their-job hospitality would be viewed as "expected" by the readers of this review. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience, and I'm sure we'll go there for the rest of our stay in Ann Arbor
